The Royal Gala is the first apple of the season with it's distinctive ruddy and yellowish-orange stripe. It is very sweet and crisp. Some folks cook with it, but we recommend it as a favorite among snack apples.
The Fuji is the sweetest and crunchiest apple we offer. It makes a delicious fresh eating apple and is also good in salads. Some use it for baking as well. This late apple stores well also.
Granny Smith apples are a deep green with an occasional pink blush of the cheeks. Very good for eating fresh, cooking & salads. Very Tart and Crisp.
