All shipping is by Fed Ex Home Delivery. (Ground) Fed Ex guarantees Ground Home Delivery in 5 business days or less in the continental U.S.


All shipping originates from Wilder, Idaho ZIP Code 83676, and charges are based from there.

It is your responsibility to use the correct shipping address, including correct ZIP code. Fed Ex will not deliver to P.O. boxes or unconfirmed physical address. Incorrect addresses will result in delivery delays, added charges or even non-delivery.

When ordering, you will be asked to specify Fed Ex Ground, or Fed Ex 2nd day and which zone the package will be shipped to.

It is the buyer's responsibility to choose the correct destination zone for the package. We reserve the right to correct shipping charges if the wrong zone is selected.

It is advisable to use Fed Ex 2nd day under extreme cold weather conditions to Zone 3.

Freezing of product is a possibility under these conditions when shipping to the northeast states. The use of Fed Ex Ground to Zones 1 and 2 are usually safe.

If freeze damage or shipping damage does occur, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. We will replace and reship the apples at a later date when freezing is less likely to occur.
