SHIPPING INFORMATION:   

All shipping is  by Fed Ex Home Delivery (Ground)  Fed Ex guarantees Ground Home Delivery in 5 business days or less in the continental U.S.

All shipping originates from Wilder, Idaho ZIP Code 83676, and charges are based from there.  

It is your responsibility to use the correct shipping address, including correct ZIP code.  Fed Ex  will not deliver to P.O. boxes or anything that is not a confirmed physical address.  Incorrect addresses will result in delivery delays, added charges or even non-delivery

During the ordering process  you will be asked if you want Fed Ex Ground, or Fed Ex 2-day.

At checkout, you will be asked to choose the shipping zone to which the package will be sent.

*It is the buyer's responsibility to choose the correct destination zone for the package.  We reserve the right to correct shipping charges if the wrong zone is selected.    

During checkout, simply find the destination state on the map or state list below, and enter the correct zone.

* It is advisable to use Fed Ex 2-day under extreme cold weather conditions to Zone 3.  Freezing of product is a possibility under these conditions when shipping to the northeast states.  The use of Fed Ex Ground to Zones 1 and 2 is usually safe.

*If freeze damage or shipping damage does occur, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.
